SYNOPSIS

"It’s Just Brunch" is a dramedy suspense series with just a hint of campy Sci-Fi that follows a man who runs America's worst dating service, and his struggle to not only win over his childhood sweetheart, but also keep his business running after a new and improved dating service comes into town.

THE WORLD OF "IT'S JUST BRUNCH"

"It's Just Brunch" is set in the fictional town of Weddington. Weddington is a quiet place with a population of approximately 1059 people. The style and look of the town and it's people are a bit out of date. Weddington is out of touch with current fads and trends. Benny himself is quite out of touch with the current digital landscape which is why we see him using a pay phone at the local motel to run his business. However, this is just another reason why he deals with matters of the heart in a genuine way.
